Green Concrete Works is a family owned and operated business serving the needs
of Washington and Frederick Counties in Maryland, Franklin County in Pennsylvania
and Jefferson and Berkeley Counties in West Virginia. We are based out
of Hagerstown, Maryland and have been in business for over 5 years. We create one
thing and one thing only: decorative concrete. Unlike many concrete companies
who do stamped concrete on the side, we are dedicated solely to stamped
concrete. We have the knowledge and the expertise to make your concrete
dreams come true.
Our specialty is offering you a product that can be shaped, molded,
colored and decorated to create the look you have imagined. We can imitate
nature's beauty and make it far more durable. Decorative concrete is
extremely strong and able to withstand the most challenging of weather and other punishing circumstances.
There are many other materials from which you could create your surface but decorative
concrete will not shift, settle, soften, or need grading or other yearly maintenance. You would think with all these benefits
everyone would have all of their surfaces made from decorative concrete.
Green Concrete Works affordable prices and quality of work will put your dream within reach. Take a look at what our team of professionals

The final color of your decorative concrete surface is made up of a combination of colors. The base color is mixed in with the concrete when the truck reaches the job. The concrete is integrally colored, meaning the entire batch of concrete is colored all the way through. The chief advantage of integral pigments is that the color extends throughout the entire concrete slab, so even if surface abrasion occurs, the color will not wear away.
The second color(s), it can be multiple, is an antiquing release agent. This does two things: makes sure the stamp does not stick to the concrete and adds multiple colors to create a more natural and desirable effect. When looking through these colors be sure to have several colors in mind and remember the natural colors of the effect you are trying to achieve.
